Hi everyone, thank you for being here! I am starting this fundraiser to continue my educational endeavors studying Sports Business Management at the International University of Monaco this Fall.

My undergraduate degree did not follow a traditional path as I ventured into the unknown as a first-generation college student. At Chapman University, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in International Business. A highlight of this program was the chance to study abroad, an opportunity I eagerly anticipated. However, due to unforeseen circumstances caused by the Covid pandemic, I was unable to fulfill the study abroad requirement and had to graduate without the International Business component. Rather than considering this as a setback, I challenged myself to excel and managed to complete the program a year ahead of schedule, all while navigating through a pandemic.

Although I am proud of my achievements, I still feel a sense of unfulfillment as a significant part of my college experience was stripped away from me. Not being able to study abroad and having only a year to embrace the true college journey felt incomplete.

Since graduating, I have been fortunate to work in finance, but I have still felt a longing for something more. Upon reflecting on my aspirations, I realized that going back to school and studying abroad are essential for my personal growth.
