Kayla is a 31 year old strong, bright, beautiful woman who is a wife to Shane Brown, amazing mother to little Raelynn , daughter,  sister,  and friend to many. May 2021 Kayla underwent a life-saving heart transplant. She has been in ICU longer than anticipated as she is working through some post surgical complications. 

Kayla continued to work full time at home until her surgery as a contract employee for Duke Energy. She does not have any disability benefits and she has not been accepted by Social Security for disability benefits. The loss of Kayla's income has now left the family the need for our support!
We are starting this go fund me page to help her family with payment of household expenses as well as medical bills not covered by insurance.
This is our opportunity to show this family how much we love and care for them.
