If any of you know Kayla you would know she is so full of love has the biggest heart out there. This is a woman who gives everything and asks for nothing in return. She has two beautiful daughters who she does everything for who look up to her in so many ways. Prior to becoming a mom Kayla had to undergo a kidney transplant that was successful until recently and she is now in kidney failure awaiting another transplant. She is not able to work due to her being so sick and is currently not having any income. If you can find it in your heart to donate even a little to help her it would mean the word to her and her girls.
