Hi, my name is Kayla Lindauer, and I’ve been given the incredible opportunity to compete in the upcoming Martial Arts Games in Norway — an international event that brings together some of the best martial artists from around the world.

This is a dream come true for me. I've trained hard, dedicated countless hours to my craft, and now I have the chance to represent not just myself, but my community and my country on an international stage.
