On July 29th, my close friends Kayla and Garrett were involved in a car accident. Thankfully, they are okay but shaken and dealing with some real challenges in the aftermath. Their car was badly damaged and is currently undrivable. While they wait for it to be officially declared totaled, they’ve had to unexpectedly rent a car just to manage their day-to-day responsibilities.

On top of that, Kayla is experiencing pain and possible whiplash from the accident, and she will be out of work for almost a week to rest and recover. As you can imagine, the stress of needing a rental car, missing work, and still keeping up with regular bills is overwhelming.
