Hi everyone. As most of our community knows Kayhli suffered a medical emergency during labor with her beautiful daughter Kelsie. So I am starting this fundraiser to help relieve the financial hardship our dear friends are facing.

Kelsie will transition home over the weekend (Thank God)! But Kayhli will have a significantly longer stay in hospital/rehabilitation center until she is able to come home. The cost of hotel stays, gas, food, lost wages and everything that goes into having 3 kiddos at home has been significant for the families of both Kayhli and Marc. Kayhli is making tremendous progress but has a long road ahead of her. Your prayers, love and healing vibes have and continue to be felt by everyone involved. Thank you everyone.

Update: Kelsie is home and thriving. Kayhli has come leaps and bounds cognitively. She is talking some and is getting better each day. Kayhli has little to no fine/gross motor ability and is currently working with OT and PT in hospital. The goal is to have her transferred to a rehabilitation center by the end of the week. It has been made clear that she will need to spend a significant amount of time in the Rehabilitation Center as she will need to build strength so she can relearn how to do all things. This is going to be a very long process. These funds will be used specifically to pay household bills while she is recovering. Kayhli is as stubborn as they come which has proven to make therapy more difficult but also the reason she has come this far!. The family is so thankful and overwhelmed by the amount of kindness and generosity everyone has shown.
