Laredo, before anything else, I want to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the incredible support you’ve shown me up until today.

For those who don’t know me, my name is Kaydy Hernandez, and I am the proud owner of Berry Cup LLC. I started this journey in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, with nothing more than a dream and a tray of strawberries and cream. What began as a way to help me put myself through college quickly grew into something much bigger than I ever imagined. I’ll never forget those of you who came to pick up from my parents’ house or who followed us around town to pop-up after pop-up—your support kept me going.

Now, the moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived: we’ve found our home and are ready to officially open our doors. Of course, with every big dream come a few challenges, and that’s why I’m reaching out to you—our Berry Cup family, our community, our biggest supporters.

Berry Cup has grown into so much more than just a business. It has become my passion, my career, and my way of connecting with all of you. If we’ve ever spoken personally, you know that Berry Cup represents more than strawberries and cream—it represents quality, love, and genuine connection. Every detail, from our products to our service, has always been about more than a transaction; it’s about building relationships and creating moments of joy.
