Help Kay Rebuild After Fire Damage

Greetings and salutations everyone and everywhere. I was involved in a fire caused by the woman who lives above me. Let me begin this by saying this we don’t know who lives above or below us even next door to us. Now let me tell you the story. On 6/7/24 I realized there was something wrong at about 915 am I heard something like rain or water between the sheet rock. I just thought to myself that um it was her flooding my apartment for the 8 or 9 as usual. Because she has a history of flooding my apartment but this time I realized that is was way more serious when I looked out the peephole and saw the firemen with the hoses running throughout the building. I come outside to the whole entire block flooded with trucks. Everyone outside like photographers at the red carpet. And I am shocked not know what is going on. She is sitting next door crying and telling the story of how it happened. She was soaking her finger nails off in acetone then at the same time she is doing that the urge to smoke a cigarette takes over her mind the bed goes up and the rest is history. Water damage to my entire bedroom and living room. I can’t use my kitchen to cook. Only place untouched was my son’s bedroom where we are confined too. Minimum electricity so he can’t do much.

Any help you can offer would be appreciated. I’m just trying to rebuild.
