Our sweet friend Katy has recently been diagnosed with CLL, or Chronic lymphocytic leukemia. This has blindsided her and all of us as she is only in her 30s.   

Katy has always been a dedicated employee and has very strong work ethic. She has worked as a manager in retail for over a decade, she believes strongly in supporting the well-being of all people, a lover of animals, video games, chocolate, breweries, naps, our Northern Michigan outdoors and hot-tubbing.
 
Most importantly, she’s a daughter, sister, friend, partner and beloved Auntie to three wonderful kids.

 

 

 

Katy is the friend you could call at any time of the night if you needed her and she’d be there to help, and now she could use our/your help.

 

Obviously there will be medical expenses, but unfortunately due to her compromised immune system she will need to take a step back at work where she is often exposed to many people. The funds raised here will help offset the medical expenses and loss of income.
