Hi everyone,
Our dear friends Katy Herrera and Jeremy Kniffen are in serious need of our help right now. In case you didn’t already know, today (June 6, 2024) Katy was diagnosed with Leukemia and is scheduled to begin treatment tomorrow. As you can imagine this has been a has taken a heavy toll on her, Jeremy, and all those close to them. No one, myself included would have ever expected this! The good news is the doctors have given a good prognosis. Thanks the availability of certain clinical trials they project she should reach remission within a month’s time and from them they will begin long-term treatment. Given the circumstances, this is wonderful news to hear! However, we all know medical expenses in general are astronomical, let alone cancer treatment. That is why I am here today, typing this message to everyone who has taken the time to read it asking for a donation of whatever you may be able to spare to cover help cover her cost of treatment and their basic living needs while they fight this awful disease. I have set a goal $15,000 in an attempt not to overshoot their costs, but at this point we don’t know the exact amount they will need. Every bit counts. No donation is too large or too small.
Lastly, if you could please share this to spread the word as well. We are all in this together!
