We are not the family to normally ask for help but within the last month our lives came crashing down. My loving and caring dad recently became sick and was diagnosed with a blood clot in his heart's left ventricle. This led to end stage heart failure, and now he is in urgent need of a heart transplant. He must remain in the hospital at Duke until a heart becomes available. After the transplant, we will need to rent a house in Durham for two to three months so we can stay close to the hospital and support his recovery.

The funds raised will help cover gas for travel, housing expenses while staying in Durham, and the many medical expenses that come with such a serious condition. This support will allow us to focus on being there for my dad during this incredibly challenging time, without the added stress of financial worries.

Bradley is a wonderful person—a loving Husband, Dad, and Pop-pop who means the world to his family.
