We are asking for your support for Katie St. Claire, a faithful and loving Christian woman who is facing a critical health challenge. Since 2014, a negligent medical act by a major healthcare provider caused Katie to walk with a deformed right foot, inverted at 45 degrees. This has caused a painful open wound on the bottom right of her foot, which has brought her to a crossroads. She will be having total reconstructive surgery of her right foot. If an infection ensues that cannot be cured, she faces amputation of the leg. This surgery is her chance to walk again without pain, but the recovery process—requiring eight months of specialized board, care, and hospital bed expenses, costs $8850 per month. This is not covered by insurance, Medicare, or her modest Social Security income.

Our goal is to raise $71,000 to cover these essential expenses and help Katie through this journey of healing. Time is of the essence, as her surgery is expected to take place by February 2025.
