Heya, my name is Katie Owens, but I go by Harlow Hoss in the furry fandom. I'm a proud member of the LGBTQ community (bisexual and genderfluid). I absolutely hate asking for donations because I feel I don't deserve them, but friends and family said they would donate, so here goes nothing lol.

I was recently injured at my last job and I have been missing over 2 weeks of work due to the pain. I recieved a letter from my landlord on August 16th stating that if I did not pay August's rent and my entire security deposit soon, I would be evicted. I'm asking for $1,500, which is a little more than what I owe my landlord. This is because I will have to travel quite a bit for my doctor and other appointments.

I realized that coming back to my current job would only make the pain worse due to the environment it's in. I worked one day after my injury and it made the pain even worse. I'm working with a vocational rehabilitation counselor to find a job suitable for my injury and my mental ailments (professionally diagnosed with autism,

ocd, panic disorder, ptsd, anxiety, and major depressive disorder) but this process is also quite slow.

I've filed for workman's compensation and I have a claim open for Aflac, but they're taking a very long time to get things filed.

I'm extremely scared of losing my home, as I'll have nowhere to go if this happens, and I have a cat that would have to come with.
