I am never one to ask for help but the neighborhood started this path together and I am hoping many are still passionate about the outcome.

As many neighbors are concerned on the possibility of the Acorn Drive extension and lack of confidence with the town’s due diligence in approving the plan, I proceeded to file an appeal with the NH Housing Board of Appeals. In response to the appeal notification, Belize Real Estate Holdings LLC has filed motions against me which appear to be a clear intimidation factor. The motion requests the board to require I post bond in the starting amount of $1,375,000.00 for their potential losses due to my appeal. The second motion requests my appeal be considered frivolous and to either deny the appeal; request I pay their attorney fees; or issue additional relief seen fit.

I have decided legal counsel is now necessary and would welcome any support as I pursue this on behalf of the neighborhood. I am the recipient and the funds have and will go towards the retainer for the lawyer. Any help is greatly appreciated!
