Help Katie manage her unemployment overpayment

Hello! I'm Katie, a trans woman living in Washington. When the Covid-19 epidemic started in the US, I lost my job in March of 2020.

Out of desperation, I picked up a job at a grocery store. I was subjected to customers and employees refusing to wear a mask despite the mask mandate, as well as transphobia. When I came out of surgery, the store I worked at stopped scheduling me altogether, so I left.

I've been staying at home and subsisting on unemployment ever since, working on my 3D work/gamedev portfolio. Today I saw that the state is demanding $7,000 in "overpayment" for my unemployment, as it has determined that I did not qualify for unemployment.

This is more money that I've ever had, and more than I probably ever will have. I'm struggling with debt, I have no family, and I have no means of paying this off. Anything helps.
