I am a voice for countless survivors silenced by these systems. Your compassion and action can quite literally keep me alive through this storm.

Detailed information of the ongoing situation:

I am in urgent need of emergency vehicle, living, and legal support. As a truth-teller exposing family court corruption and systemic child trafficking, I have faced escalating retaliation in both my individual case, and systemic targeting. I am challenged to help my children while separated in excess of 390 days, now internationally. I need to be stabilized with basic needs and make headway in the web of choas family court spins. Most recently, I was bullied by my children's school district and local sheriff's whom filed a trespassing complaint, rather than resolved over a year of custodial interference. The corruption in Jefferson County Colorado is criminal towards safe parents. They are using illegal force, falsifying evidence, and facilitating child trafficking through our systems. I am being retaliated for reporting this abuse, through proper channels. Another parent has gotten international passports and tickets without my consent and has concealed travel locations and return dates. Name changes of the children is also a serious concern.

Crime organizations act use inhumane torture tactics like with-holding children whom haven't heard their mother's voice in an entire year. Even convicts and the mentally ill get visits with their children. Withholding minor children under 16, is procedurally supposed to be met with serious consequences. The system is allowing their parent to ignore court orders for over entire year, helping it escalate to an international concern. His contempt is sat on the docket untouched for 2 months. All Stay Motions were denied within hours. This is evidence of foul play. This may constitute systemic abuse and numerous Constitutional violations. This also aligns with methods of gangstalking by powerful people who have a lot to lose if their crimes against children are fully exposed. When my children are reunited with me, with your help--they will be truth-telling.

Basic Living Needs

I am essentially living in hiding. I do however need to stay in my vehicle for safety and mobility to survive. This requires a large sum of money or vehicle donation. I am in a 2018 4Runner with a repo pending, and immediate safety needs like brakes, rotors, and oil changes.

While prioritizing legal emergencies and healing my body from vagus nerve damage, requiring a hospital stay, I exhausted resources. I have my teacher's certification renewed, but my applications are stagnant. My energy alone cannot sustain what is needed for legal tasks not designed for one human.

Vehicle Emergency

A predatory auto loan that violated my ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) rights and exploited me as a Mother.
Despite paying on it for three years, totaling 27K, I still owe more than the vehicle is worth. My 4Runner (70K miles) could be surrendered in a few months if I could buy another car outright. This is the more cost-effective solution. Paying off the 4Runner is 38K. Purchasing a new, used family-friendly vehicle--around 20K.

Those of us in the depths of the family court system know, court officials are not following the law. They are not honoring our Constitutional rights. The are falsifying evidence and orders. But I believe in the safeguards created by We the People. Therefor I post my Whistleblower Protection Notice:

I am hereby providing notice that my disclosures of alleged misconduct, abuse of authority, corruption and trafficking-related practices within family-court systems are undertaken in the good-faith belief that they reveal violations of law, substantial threats to public health or safety, and misuse of governmental power. I understand that under federal law (including but not limited to the U.S. False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733, and applicable whistleblower anti-retaliation protections) an individual who makes a protected disclosure is entitled to protection from retaliation for their lawful whistle-blowing activities.

Furthermore, under Colorado law—specifically the Colorado Whistleblower Protection Act, C.R.S. § 24-50.5-103 (public-sector), and C.R.S. § 24-114-102 (private-sector) as well as the Colorado Protected Health/Safety Expression and Whistleblowing Law, C.R.S. § 8-14.4-101 et seq.—an employer may not retaliate against an individual who reasonably believes that their disclosure concerns violations of state or federal law, misuse of public funds, abuse of authority, or threats to public health or safety.

By posting this statement, I reserve and preserve all rights I may have under federal and Colorado whistleblower protection statutes, including the right to pursue all available remedies for retaliation or adverse action against me because of these disclosures.
