Help Katie Get Urgent Vet Care

Hello this is Katie my 9 year old chiwawa she has been a part of my family since she was 8 weeks old . yesterday april 22 I noticed her eye looked different and when i got home from work today april 23 this is what it looked like I consulted a vet and was told she needs to be seen by an emergency vet and I don't have the money for that cause I am playing catch up from being off work with a broken elbow if you could help I would greatly appreciate it any little bit will help
