We are reaching out to ask for your support for our dear friend Katie and Ivan King, who recently experienced an unimaginable loss. A devastating fire destroyed their home on Christmas Eve.

Katie is a wonderful single mom, with an exuberant passion for the Flagstaff art community who has always been there for others in times of need. She works in education, writes for Flagstaff Live, and Ivan is turning 11 on January 13. Now, they face the daunting task of starting over from scratch—finding a place to live, replacing essential belongings, and beginning to rebuild their life.

The immediate costs of basic necessities—like clothing, food, toiletries, and temporary housing—are overwhelming. We’re hoping to raise money to help ease this burden and provide Katie and Ivan with the support they need during this incredibly difficult time.
