My name is Kathy Enlow. My beloved husband, Gary Enlow, suffered a devastating stroke in January 2025. He spent 79 days in the hospital. It was touch and go for quite a while. Gary finally recovered enough to come home with me. Gary was doing very well with physical, occupational and speech therapy. I knew that he would never work again, and I accepted that. I honestly thought that would be okay. I had 20 beautiful days with my beloved Gary. A couple of weeks ago, Gary said his stomach hurt and he felt really "out there". His ankles and calves were swelling, and he was having more trouble talking than normal. I took Gary to the hospital and he was transferred to another hospital early the next morning. A few days later he was in the ICU and I got the heartbreaking news that he had had several more strokes and was battling massive infection. Last Tuesday, I put Gary on hospice care and Gary sadly passed away Wednesday morning. Gary was my heart and soul, my best friend and the very best part of me. We are proof that true love does exist. I am asking for help with cremation costs and monthly bills until I can get back on my feet. Thank you all so very much.
