Hi everyone,

I’m starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my aunt, Kathy Ford Hays, who is currently battling cancer while already facing significant medical challenges.

In addition to her cancer diagnosis, Kathy is a double amputee and relies on regular dialysis treatments to survive. These conditions alone make daily life difficult, but combined with cancer, they have placed an enormous physical, emotional, and financial strain on her.

Because of her health and ongoing treatments, Kathy has been unable to work and has been out of a job for the past three months. Even with insurance, the cost of cancer care, dialysis, medications, medical supplies, and basic living expenses has quickly become overwhelming. No one fighting for their life should have to carry this kind of stress.

Kathy is one of the strongest and most kind-hearted people we know. She has endured more than most people ever will, yet she continues to face each day with courage. Asking for help does not come easily to her, but right now she truly needs support.

All donations will go directly toward:

• Cancer treatments and related medical bills

• Dialysis care, medications, and medical supplies

• Rent, utilities, transportation, and basic living expenses while she’s unable to work
