As some of you know, on the morning of September 5th our Uncle Todd, Aunty Holly and cousin Kai were involved in a horrible car accident on their way back to Saskatchewan. Following dropping off their daughter Alyssa to college in Nanaimo. Sadly our Uncle Todd was killed in the accident, Holly and Kai were air lifted to Calgary with serious but non life threatening injury’s.
Our Mom flew to Calgary to be with her sister Holly and family to help sort out the tragedy. While there Mom began to show flu like symptoms. She took a test for Covid as a precaution, and tested positive. 
After a week or so isolated in her hotel room battling her symptoms we finally had to call an ambulance. She ended up in the ICU Intubated for 9 days. We are so thankfully she is now breathing on her own with the help of a Tracheotomy. We need to move her to BC and are raising money to help her get back on her feet as she has helped so many of us. We still have a ways to go ❤️
