Help Kathy have Surgery to Re-attach Her Retina

Hi my name is Kathy Schultz and here is my story. About 9 days ago a little bubble formed in lower right hand corner of my eye. My sight was blurry and then it got larger as the days went by. A visit to a specialist in retina surgery at St. Luke's Cataract and Laser Institute today, revealed that I have a partially detached retina that needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Retinal detachment is a serious condition that can result in blindness if not treated quickly. I am a self-pay and do not have the funds for the surgery. The total cost of the surgery is $5267.00, of which I have $500.00 already. If anyone could help, it would be immensely appreciated.
