Help Kathy Hahn

Hi, I am Teena Bare, an LO with Movement Mortgage in the SE division on the Paragon team.

This photo is of my sweet client Kathy Hahn. We were all set to close the refinance of Kathy's home when the night before, her home caught on fire. It started in the downstairs rooms where her dear family friend was staying. Unfortunately, he did pass away in the fire. Kathy cannot live in her home until it has been remediated of the smoke and repainted. She is currently staying with her son and daughter in law who are also struggling with their own issues.

The situation is just so sad, and Kathy is doing her best to hold it all together, but it is a lot for her to deal with and continue working etc. She is grieving so hard and is so afraid that she will not be able to complete her closing. I have assured her that that should be the least of her worries that we will get that done when she is back in her home.

I know my company and my people. Please give what you can or what your heart tells you. I want to gather enough funds to at least cover her rate lock extension for the next month and her homeowner's insurance deductible. But she can use everything that you can give!!
