Hi all, I’m Kathryn’s big cousin Bernie and I really hope that we can help make a difference together.

In January this year, Kathryn embarked on a 24-hour fundraising mission to support children in Ghana. She worked tirelessly through the night doing nails, donating every penny she earned along with generous contributions from her family and friends, many of whom she inspires daily. This wasn’t her first trip to Ghana, and it certainly won’t be her last. Kathryn is the embodiment of kindness, thoughtfulness, courage, and determination. She speaks passionately about her experiences and the importance of sharing love with those less fortunate.

Despite facing many challenges, Kathryn has worked exceptionally hard to build a life and a business rooted in compassion and purpose. Sadly, not everyone shares her strength and commitment. Over the past few years, she has encountered a few disappointments often dusting herself down and staying positive. These include having her first car stolen, her car window smashed, and most recently, her salon broken into, with thousands of pounds worth of essential equipment stolen. Although she has insurance, it won’t cover her loss, which is a devastating blow for someone who has grown her small business from her teenage years.

Kathryn has no idea that I’m setting up this Go Fund Me to help her, but I truly believe she deserves to feel the same love and support she so freely gives to others. I can imagine her reading this right now saying no! My reply to her would be, if your friends and your family want to help a little, LET THEM .
