Hello everyone, my name is Katherine and I am a 22-year-old pre-hormones trans woman. I am also on the autism spectrum (ASD 1), so I need slightly more support than the average person despite being relatively self-sufficient.

I've wanted to begin hormones for about a year now, and have been experimenting with my gender for half my life. I have no insurance or any way of covering the costs of HRT right now; I am an unemployed college student about to graduate in a month. My dad is MAGA and is our primary/only source of income, so he doesn’t support my transition. I don’t know how long it will take until I have enough money to start hormones, let alone being able to afford FFS and bottom surgery.
