Help Katherine Get a Life-Saving Transplant

Hi, my name is Katherine Urbina,I am currently in need of a heart-liver transplant as I was born with a cardiac condition which has caused my health to rapidly go downhill in the past months as my heart is starting to give up on me. I am a college student with the desire to finish my school and help other kids with cardiac condition, but as of now I need a new heart to continue living to help others.

I am in need of your donation to help cover remainder of the cost for the transplant which my insurance does not cover. Anything you are able to donate is a blessing.
