Help Katherine age out with Carolina Crown

Hello, my name is Katherine Shanks. I have been participating in color guard for seven years now, starting in 2018. I had always wanted to participate in DCI (Drum Corps International) after high school and have been fortunate enough to march with Music City Drum corps as well as the Phantom Regiment Drum corps . By participating in these programs, I have had the privilege to learn so much and push myself as a person to be challenged in new ways. In the off seasons, my education at these programs has allowed me to march places like Eklipse Winter guard , Music city Mystique Winter Drumline, and Paramount Winter Guard.

With participating in these activities comes very heavy costs, I have been fortunate enough to be able to pay for almost my entire DCI and WGI (Winter Guard International) experience and education. However between college and DCI, I am unable to participate in this upcoming summer without some help.

I have been given the huge honor of being able to march with the Crown Guard at Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps for my very last year that I am able to participate as a performer in DCI. With this comes a tuition of $5,500 that I can not come up with by myself and need help with.
