My name is Kate (they/them) and I’m a 21 years old. I haven’t received any unemployment and am not qualified to in Wisconsin or Illinois, where I have split time between over the past two years. I currently have two remote jobs,
but am not making enough to provide for myself long-term and cover moving costs coming up in August.
I’m asking for community support so that I’m able to live safely and rent a room in Chicago for a year, purchase healthy groceries bi-weekly, toiletries, pay my phone bill monthly, upgrade to a better camera (I currently have a Nikon D3100 from 2012) which I use for work and personal creative endeavors, and keep my subscription to Adobe which I use for my jobs.
Any excess or leftover funds will be donated or distributed into the community - thank you so very much for reading and for your support!!
