Help Kate Fight Stage 4 Breast Cancer

May I introduce you to Kate Pearce, the most selfless person I know. Kate and my son's paths crossed in early 2019, shortly after she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer in December 2018, and my son was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in February 2019. Kate does not like attention drawn to herself and has always been a giver. Even while she has battled Stage 4 Breast Cancer, Kate has continuously been there for our family as our son fought his battle with bone cancer. Kate organized EE's Galactic Evening when my son relapsed in 2021 and raised $50,000 for our family in 2022 so that we could be home with our son, and travel to make memories together. Fast forward 2 years, and Kate stepped right in again and helped us push a toy drive to honor my son's memory, again all while she has continuously fought her own battle with Stage 4 Breast Cancer. On top of this, she continuously gifted us random acts of love via delivered meals, a book, a squishy stress banana and the list goes on. Recently, Kate and her family have falling into their own financial hardships. Cancer does not only try to harm us physically, but it can shatter a family's finances in an instant. The last thing anyone should have to worry about is how they are going to pay for their next meal, or how they are going to pay their next mortgage, or what happens when they can't afford the next medical treatment they need to continue to fight. I am asking a community that came together to support our family to now do the same for Kate. Kate needs us and it's our turn to rally behind her, to be there for her and her family and to lift them out of the dark. 1$, 5$, 10$, 25$-- it doesn't matter the number, every dollar, no matter the value, is a pure act of love.
