Help Kate and Her Kids in a Time of Need

My name is Kate, and as some of you may know, I have about a year or less to live unless I can get into Cleveland Clinic. I had to quit my job because I drive, and I didn't want to end up hurting anyone.

I'm looking to help with my children's food, rent, gas, and water bills, and so much more. Food, gas to get to Cleveland—anything helps. Even a dollar. Thank you to anyone in advance, and if you have any questions, I have no problem explaining.
