**Support Katarina and Emma: A Journey of Resilience**

Dear Community,

I’m reaching out to share the story of my dear friend Katarina, a dedicated single mother, and her beautiful daughter, Emma. Tragically, they lost their home and all their belongings in the recent Eaton fire while visiting family over the holidays. This heartbreaking loss has deeply impacted their lives.

Emma, a vibrant spirit, attended the Pasadena Waldorf School, which was also destroyed in the fire. Not only was she a beloved student there, but Katarina is a devoted teacher’s aide, supporting the very community that has now been impacted.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Katarina and Emma have faced adversity. Emma’s father passed away when she was in preschool and his sentimental belongings were too lost in the fire.

As they navigate this difficult journey, they need our support more than ever. I invite you to join me in providing them with the help they need to rebuild their lives. Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in helping them find stability and hope again.
