On Monday, December 28, 2020, our beloved housekeeper and friend, Katarina Desravines was inside her 4th floor walkup in Brooklyn, NY when the unthinkable happened, her building caught fire. 

Katarina was rescued by a NYFD firefighter but suffered  burns and has been in the hospital.

Katarina lost everything in the fire. She lost her place to live, all of her clothes, her bed...everything and she needs our help. She will need to find a place to live as well as furniture, clothes and everyday essentials.  We want to raise a minimum of $5000.00 for her to get started and to put a deposit on an apartment. 

We know that this is a hard time for everyone. We have been asked to contribute to more ways than we ever thought possible or necessary. We want to be able to help her any way that we can.
