Help Kat & Jeff's Family Get Back on Their Feet
I’m creating this GoFundMe for my dear friends Kat and Jeff, two of the most determined, hardworking parents I know, who are doing everything in their power to keep their family together and stable through one of the toughest times of their lives.
They’re raising five children and have already overcome more in the past few years than most people face in a lifetime, including nearly a year of homelessness before finally finding a home a year and a half ago.
But right now, they’re barely staying afloat.
A few months ago, Jeff had two grand mal seizures that landed him in the ICU and kept him hospitalized for nearly a month. He pushed through recovery and tried to return to work, but shortly after, their only vehicle broke down. The transmission literally fell onto the front axle. Without a way to get to work, Jeff lost his job.
Now they’re behind on bills and rent, and without a reliable car, they’re struggling to manage everyday life, groceries, appointments, getting their kids where they need to go. Kat is also disabled and has faced her own serious health battles, including cancer, heart issues, and multiple strokes. Despite everything, she continues to work from home to support her family the only way she can, through her online work and livestreams. She shows up every day with strength and determination, even when her body is fighting against her.
They are in urgent need of help to:
Replace their only family vehicle so Jeff can get back to work
Catch up on rent and bills to avoid losing the stability they fought so hard for
Cover basic necessities for their children during this difficult time
If you know Kat and Jeff, you know they are fighters. They never ask for handouts. They’ve always done whatever it takes. But this situation has become too much for one family to carry alone.
Please consider donating what you can or sharing this with someone who might be able to help. Every dollar helps lift the weight off their shoulders and brings them one step closer to stability.
Thank you for your compassion and support.
