Hey guys, it's Kat, and I'm in a giant pickle. I helped my friend move to N.C. last week and after that, we all traveled to Washington D.C. to see the sights. Well, while at Arlington Cemetery, I was walking to the tour tram and fell... HARD! Turns out I broke my hip. I had surgery Friday and wasn't able to take the train home. I hate asking for help ..but I think this time it warrants it . The doctors agree that a train would be the best way home to avoid blood clots. The ticket is about $260 plus taxes, and I will need to stay in a hotel for a day or two as I'm being discharged from the hospital today. Anything will help... I just want to go home to heal.
