Kat is a student of science earning their degree in Bio Chemistry at Henry Ford College. As a person with autism and physical disabilities, they face unique challenges. Kat runs a foster house full of lovely little animals. For the last 5 years they've been fostering lonely puppies and kitties from the local neighborhood.

Due to the rising cost of rent, paired with recurring medical & vet bills, Kat is having a difficult time affording housing and veterinary care. They've been given a sudden and very limited time to secure back-owed rent. Until Kat is able to access their disability benefits, they run the risk of not only being homeless but their pets having no place to go as well.
