Help Kassy and her babies

Hello, my name is Jenny and I am creating this Go Fund Me to help my dear friend Kassy get through some hard times.
In March of this year, Katja, Kassy's two year old started to have seizures. At first the seizures seemed mild, but they continued to progress which resulted in Katja's care being transferred to a neurologist in Little Rock. While in Little Rock, Katja underwent extensive testing to try and find the cause for her seizures. There is still no known reason for her seizures. She is currently on max doses of medications to keep the seizures at bay, as well as rescue meds that have been administered on multiple occasions. During the midst of all this, Kassy gave birth to her secong child, a beautiful boy named Wrigley. Wrigley's first trip to Little Rock to support his big sister was just at 11 days old. As hectic and heartbreaking as this is, I am not quite done with the story. I write this as I sit in the NICU with Kassy and Wrigley. Wrigley was admitted to the hospital on June 10th for a high fever. On June 11th, Wrigley turned one month old. A high fever in a baby so young is very serious. Wrigley underwent extensive testing, including a lumbar punture (spinal tap) to figure out what was causing his fever. We finally found out that Wrigley has Group B Streptococcal (strep b) as well as possible Necrotizing Enterocolitis. There is definitely air and bacteria in his intestines and without proper and extensive treatment, this could become extremely dangerous. Kassy and Wrigley are expected to have no less than a two week stay in NICU if all goes as planned. Because of Wrigley being admitted to the hospital, some major appointments for Katja have been rescheduled. Meaning- as soon as Wrigley is discharged here, they will be heading to Little Rock again.
Between caring for Katja, traveling back and forth to Little Rock, staying in the hospital with Wrigley, Kassy has been missing out on a bunch of work all while these extra expeses keep stacking up. Kassy is also the caretaker of her 92 year old grandfather. Kassy is a powerhouse of a woman, a nurturer, an artist, and an incredible friend. I would love to see a little load taken off her during these hard times.
Thanks for reading.
