Help Kassie beat breast cancer!

Hello, my name is Samantha and I’ve started this GoFundMe for a dear friend of mine, Kassie Martin. If you know Kassie, you love Kassie. I’ve known her for over 10 years and have yet to meet one person who has a single bad thing to say about her. I’m so blessed to call her a close friend in my life. She’s honestly someone I admire and turn to when life takes it’s shots. She’s always been there for me and is one of the toughest, fiercest girls I know. Unfortunately I’m starting this fundraising because Kassie has come across one of life’s hardest battles.

Kassie has been diagnosed with breast cancer. And while I know she will beat this, (let’s be honest, cancer is no match for Kass), it will definitely be a difficult time ahead for her, and her family. She is already scheduled to have multiple surgeries, in the near future, and be off work for at LEAST 4 months.. and that doesn’t even include the treatment following. She has a family of 5, who she is the primary provider for, and without financial income, money will be very tight. To fight and heal from this cancer will be so much on her physically, mentally and emotionally. I would love to remove some of the financial stress and take that unnecessary weight from her shoulders.

Because she is so fiercely independent, it has been a struggle to get Kassie to agree to letting us set this page up for her. However, we are making her one anyway, in hopes to alleviate the burden of financial stress. With some arm twisting, she has agreed to accept the help from those who want to and are able. We hope this will allow her to solely focus on resting and healing, so she comes back stronger than ever.

The money from this GoFundMe will 100% go to Kassie Martin and her family. It will help her pay her mortgage, feed and clothe her family, cover hospital expenses, and any other need they come across as she fights this.
