On Tuesday, January 14th, my Program Assistant at ABCD at Lake Ontario, Kassidi, and her fiancé, Brandon, suffered a devastating house fire that caused significant damage.

Thankfully, everyone is safe, including their kitty, Cooper. However, the damage is so significant that they can no longer live in their home. They have spent the last three years renovating their first home together, just for it to be taken away in an instant.

If you know them, you know that they are wonderful people who always look out for others. Now it is our turn, as a community, to help them! They have a very long journey ahead of them, while continuing to plan for their upcoming wedding in August. Any donation, big or small, will make a difference in helping them rebuild the place that they called home.
