Hi everyone!

My name is Kassandra Garcia-Serrano, and I’m a fourth year at UCSB, majoring in Chicana/o Studies with a minor in Applied Psychology — two fields that deeply reflect my passion for advocacy, education, and community healing.

I’m incredibly excited to share that I’ve been accepted into the Social Justice and Activism study abroad program in Paris for the upcoming Winter Quarter! This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will allow me to explore global human rights movements, connect with international activists, and bring back valuable insights to uplift and empower my own communities here at home.
