Help Kasper Eriksen Reunite with His Family

From Savannah Hobart Eriksen:
As many of you know, my husband, Kasper Eriksen came to America from Denmark, as an exchange student to Starkville High School here in Mississippi in 2009-2010. This is when we fell in love and dated long distance, internationally traveling back and forth until he could legally immigrate to America in 2013. Fast forward through marriage , 4 children, and I am pregnant with our 5th baby!!!
We have been in the final stage of obtaining his permanent American citizenship.
On April 15, 2025, we headed to Memphis for his final interview where we were met by ICE agents and Kasper was detained for paperwork miscommunication in 2015. We were not notified of this at any point over the years nor did it ever show up in his USCIS portal or any of our previous interviews/appointments. He has been detained and is being held in an ICE facility in Louisiana for over a month now. What could have been corrected with paperwork, has resulted in a month long detention of my husband and a devastating situation for our children and myself as well as my high risk pregnancy.
We have an army of prayer warriors fighting for us, but we are asking all of you to please join in. We are so grateful to our state, family, and inner circle that have shown an immense amount of support in proving Kasper’s worth in our community and country. We are so thankful to the elected officials that have been fighting around the clock to bring Kasper home.
That being said, we need to continue to have the resources to make this happen.
As a homeschooling mother, we are completely dependent on Kasper’s income. Legal fees are mounting as are living expenses with our sole provider being detained for over a month now.
Kasper is a loving husband, devoted father, proud land owner in the U.S.A, pays taxes, and has a valid driver’s license, SSN, and came here legally on a green card in 2013 when we were married. He is a valued, loved and well respected man in our community. Kasper is currently building our family home with his bare hands, working a full time job as a welder which he has done for the past 11 years, and caring for all of us and the animals on our ranch. We are doing our best to make it every day without him, but we’ve been encouraged by many to start a go fund me for support.
Your prayers are most important, but if you feel led to help us financially here is how you can do so.
