My name is Dana, and I am starting this fundraiser for my adopted daughter, Karrie McCamey, her husband, Tyrelle McCamey, and their four daughters, ages 3 to 17. Today, August 12, 2026, they lost their home in a fire and with it, everything they had. On top of the shock and heartbreak of losing their house, they did not have homeowners insurance, so they are now facing the overwhelming task of starting over with nothing.

Right now, this family needs the basics most of us depend on every day. The funds raised will help provide clothes for the girls, along with clothes for Karrie and Tyrelle, food, and a safe place to stay while they look for something more permanent. Tyrelle also lost his seizure medication in the fire and needs to replace it as soon as possible. Their 8-year-old daughter is disabled and relies on a wheelchair and walker for mobility, and those needs must be met as they rebuild after this devastating loss.

Karrie is the kind of person who would help anyone and everyone, and now she and her family are the ones in need. I am praying this fundraiser can help take a little of the load off her back as we try to get her, her husband, and their girls taken care of.
