Hey friends!

I’m Coach Karlin (Coach K for short), a personal trainer and fitness enthusiast, and I’m taking on an exciting challenge—competing in my very first NPC Memphis Bodybuilding Championship in the bikini division!

This journey has been an absolute grind so far—early mornings, late-night training, two-a-days, meal prep marathons, and A LOT of posing practice (yes, walking in 5-inch heels feels like an Olympic sport in itself). But every drop of sweat is worth it because stepping on that stage would be a dream come true! While I’ve been hesitant to do this in the past, I’ve realized that the fear of having to be self-disciplined was holding me back. Now, I’ve said yes, I’m here, and in it to win!
