Hello everyone,

My name is Karla Talavera, and I am asking for help during one of the hardest times of my life. Since being in Mexico, I have been separated from my four children, and I have not been able to see them since last year. Being away from them has been emotionally devastating for all of us. Every single day has been filled with sadness, worry, and the pain of missing important moments in their lives. My children miss their mom deeply, and I miss them more than words can explain.

Right now, I am trying to raise money for two very important reasons: to help pay for my children’s passports so they can come visit me in Mexico and we can finally be together again, even if only for a short time, and to help cover legal and lawyer fees as I work toward returning to the United States and reuniting permanently with my children.

Since being in Mexico, it has been extremely difficult financially. I have not been able to keep up with legal costs, but I am doing everything I can to continue fighting for my family and our future together. Any donation, no matter how small, would mean the world to us. If you are unable to donate, simply sharing this fundraiser would also help more than you know.
