Hi, my name is Luz. I am Karla's mother, Karla has a chronic kidney disease called FSGS { Focal Segmental Glumero sclerosis) This disease has no cure. It is infrequent, nobody knows when it happens or how to prevent it. Karla was diagnosed when she was 9 years old. It's been tough for her and us. She has been on a special diet all the time. She takes lots of medicine every day. The medicine never stopped the disease. It keeps getting worse. She is now 20 years old and she needs a kidney transplant. It is very stressful for us, struggling to find a kidney donor for her. Her blood type is O+.

She is dealing with a lot of blood work, and lots of treatments with horrible side effects. I, her mother wish that she had a normal childhood but she doesn't. Her life has been miserable. I am praying and hoping that whoever can share this fundraising I am going to do for my daughter please only our dear LORD can provide what we need best for her, We are hoping to at least have someone who could help us find several donors that match her blood type which is O+ or O_. Once we get a donor she will have to start doing her dialysis. I am asking for heartfelt and understanding support financially, emotionally, and [possibly any amount you could help with my daughter's dialysis and kidney transplant expenses.
