Help Karl Toet and his family during a difficult time
Donation protected
Dear friends and kind-hearted strangers,
We are reaching out to ask for your support for Karl Toet, a loving husband, father, and friend who has been diagnosed with stage 4 ALK lung cancer. A prognosis given by the doctors is one we all feared, his family is facing the heartbreaking reality of saying goodbye far too soon.
Karl is not only a devoted husband to his wife but also a proud father to three children: a 17-year-old, a 5-year-old, and a 4-year-old. His family relies on him in so many ways, and now, with this devastating diagnosis, they are left struggling to manage the emotional and financial burden during such a difficult time.
Karl loved his community and is a cherished member of the Zimgolf Queensland Men’s Social Club. Karl and his wife Sera have been great supporters of a golfing charity that assists with children’s educational initiatives in Zimbabwe. He had taken a hiatus from golf due to health complications. His dedication to his community speaks to the generous spirit he has always shown to those around him.
As a family who rents their home, they are in need of financial assistance to help cover medical bills, living expenses, and the care that Karl and his family will require in the coming days. This fund will also help ensure that his children are supported, both now and in the future, as they navigate life without their father.
We are asking for any contribution you can make—whether big or small—to help Karl’s family during this unimaginable time. Your generosity will go directly to helping them with the immediate financial burden and providing them with some peace of mind as they face the challenges ahead.
Please consider donating and sharing this page with others who may be able to offer support. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and compassion during this incredibly difficult time.
With gratitude,
Friends of the family.
