My name is Karl, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a really difficult time. I’ve been out of work, for months because of a partial heart failure and now I need to go to dialysis making it nearly impossible to keep up with bills and basic needs while I manage my health.

I need regular dialysis and am on a transplant waiting list but with everyday expenses like soap and tp and paying bills, is more than I can handle alone right now. I’m doing everything I can, but it’s just too much to carry by myself.
