In May 2020, Karissa was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma cancer. Per the doctors recommendations, she will be starting intensive in-patient chemotherapy in June, followed by surgery, and then another round of chemotherapy. 

We are asking for funds to help pay for necessary expenses for Karissa and her family during this difficult time.
