Help Karina Overcome Her Injury and Bills

My name is Karina I am and lively and passionate group fitness and dance instructor! I teach a variety of classes including senior fitness classes! I was practicing martial arts (Brazilian jiu-jitsu) and I fractured my tibia and had to have surgery. I will not be able to walk, dance, drive or work for at least 3 months. Being that my work requires me to be physically active i am out of work and stuck with very expensive hospital and surgery bills. Which i am asking for financial assistance with.
