Hello my name is Karina Carias. My husband Juan Edmundo has been battling kidney disease over the past two years. He has been undergoing dialysis. Due to this he was unable to work so I have been handling all the finances by myself. It has been a rocky two years as he was in and out of the hospital as they called him "mystery Juan." They ran every test in the book and could not find what was wrong with him. He landed in hospital about three weeks ago and after a biopsy was done they finally came to the conclusion he had vasculitis. After so long, we had an appointment set with a specialist on December 4th. On Wednesday, November 6th he asked to leave dialysis a bit earlier then his regular time. After various attempts to call and locate him he found in parking lot of Eisenhower hospital. I got a call from the Eisenhower E.R. department stating they found him in his car and after various attempt to resuscitate him, Mundo as we all called him was no longer with us. Mundo was a very lovable person and his presence in this world left a mark. He was a wonderful husband and the best father to my children. I ask for your help in this time to help my family during this hard time and am thankful for any help that is given from me and my family.
