Hello everyone,

I am a young person from Gaza, dreaming of a better future and working hard to build a life despite the challenges. I dedicated myself to learning and working online, striving to support myself and my family. But everything changed when war struck our home.

For three horrific months, my family and I were displaced, forced to move between shelters and tents, witnessing the destruction of our home and neighborhood. We didn’t just lose a place to live—we lost the memories, the safety, and the sense of normal life we once had. As the eldest among my siblings, I have watched my family’s hopes slowly fade under the weight of unimaginable hardship, made even worse by the loss of basic necessities like internet access.

Today, we are still trapped in the middle of the ongoing conflict in Gaza, and our situation is becoming more dangerous with every passing hour. The violence continues to escalate, and the threat to our lives grows constantly.

On 10/7/2023, we were forced to leave our apartment and everything we owned in the southern part of Gaza—Khan Younis. Since then, we have been moving between temporary shelters due to the ongoing war.

During the attacks on Khan Younis, our home was completely destroyed, as shown in the pictures below.

Despite these overwhelming challenges, I refuse to give up on my dreams. I am determined to rebuild not just my life, but also to help my family rise from this devastation.
